General Policies and Procedures
Down Payments
20% down payment, 80% upon completion . . . A 20% non-refundable down payment is due, after a quote is issued and approved by you. The balance of the 80% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered/uploaded. Work commences when down payment is received and all down payments are non-refundable.

Paypal, Check, Money Order, Credit Card (via Paypal)
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made at any time. Please keep in mind that the down payment is nonrefundable.
Additional Work During Project
During the event that there will be additional requests after the project has begun, additional fees, other than the price originally quoted, will apply. Customer will be notified at the time
of request, of the additional fees.
Images
It's optional to provide your own images. I work with my own gallery of free images, however, high quality stock photos will need to be purchased at an online stock photo store. If you do not want to oversee the purchase of the stock photos, I will take care of it for you and your invoice will be billed for the images purchased.
Our Portfolio and Website Credit
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. In certain cases, the project might not be posted due to privacy purposes. If a full web design and development project was completed by our studio, in most cases a credit "Site By: Allie Hylton" will be included at the bottom of your website.

Search Engines
Outside of the 25 keywords we incorporate in your site, we are not responsible for search engine promotion or marketing of any kind.
Web Design Process
The process for creating your website, usually is as follows:
- Purchase your website name and hosting package, so it can be ready by the time your site is going live and that you don't lose the site name you want. You can do so here. (Usually only the Basic Hosting plan is needed.)
- Your project needs are discussed and quote is provided.
- Web design questionnaire is emailed to you.
- Down payment is received.
- Completed web design questionnaire and website content is sent back to me.
- A web design mockup is emailed to you for approval.
- Once approved, website is coded and uploaded to a test site for you to review.
- Once approved, we put your brand new website live on the domain (www.) site given to us.
Website Content
Upon each website project we begin, a web design questionnaire is given to the client to fill out to help the project run more smoothly. We ask that ALL WEBSITE CONTENT is given with the web design questionnaire, when we begin coding your site.
We are not responsible for proof-reading your content. The content given to us will be added to your website "as is" provided.
Revisions
Small revisions can be made after we run the test site (like text changes or images), but after two sets of revisions, we will begin charging the hourly fee to make the changes.
